Ukudu Power Plant (Oct 2023)

On 20th October, 2023, we conducted an interview with Heepil Yun, a CFO of Guam Ukudu Power and Patrick Sherman, In-House Attorney of Guam Ukudu Power. Since the typhoon that had affected our daily lives was severe, We decided to conduct this project to learn more about what happened and how. Moreover, we wanted to conduct research based on climate change that had caused typhoons or current kinds of flooding. Furthermore, when natural disasters frequently occur, it limits our essential natural sources, such as water and plants, and devastates natural areas.

As active environmental volunteers, we would like to research the damage of Typhoon Mawar 2023 and spread awareness of natural disasters and damages of it.
